Making beaded earrings is addictive.  This is the perfect class to get your feet wet.  Start by making basic wire or head-pin connected earrings.  We'll then move on to working with findings, chandelier, and multi-layer styles with chain and various beads.  There will be lots of time to play and experiment.  A great beginner's class.

Tools:  round nose pliers, chain nose pliers, wire cutters

No experience necessary.  Please wear long sleeve shirts, hair restraints, and closed toe shoes.

 

Come join Christi for a fast paced workshop where she will teach you 9 differen't background techniques for enhancing and enriching your mixed-media art works.  Class is open to all levels of experience.  Sample on display at the store.

Students will make 6 pendants, a 4x4" coaster, or a 5x5" photo frame

Items taught in class:  the different tools used in glass cutting and fusing, studio safety, glass properties, and firing techniques.

Learn to create a unique ring using sterling silver wire.  You'll learn wire-wrapping techniques that allow you to personalize your ring with your favorite semi-precious stones or beads from the assortment available.  You will be so surprised at how fun and easy it is to create your own ring.

Cost is $75 and includes all supplies

Come join Christi as she will show you how to chemically etch copper.  You will use your etched pieces as the front and back covers of your own handstitched journal.  We will assemble papers into signatures and then handstitch them into a fantabulous journal.
